Nutrition and Foodservice Management in Correctional Facilities

Edited by Barbara Wakeen, 3rd Edition, 2008.

Written by Corrections Dietitians across North America, this manual was compiled as a guide for new and seasoned dietitians in the field of Corrections.

This new edition is a "survivor guide" for the new R.D. in Corrections, as well as offering the latest standards and reference we all use on a daily basis.  This expanded version includes a chapter on aging inmates as well.  It is written and indexed to serve a wide variety of needs of various correctional facilities, whether contracted or self-operating.  Subjects range from meeting State, Federal, and other Standards, to correctional etiquette and security.

Wire-bound,  Paperback.  For more information, or to order, click here. See item 5023.
